Cool idea, why I have to be too patient with some ads. Let change their text to something I like or just funny :D.
The idea could be expended but this is not a request (people can contribute PR's): like URL filter to apply it only for specific sites or generic logic condition, HTML replacement instead of text.
Btw, it has recursive behavior with this example: url -> <span color="red">URL</span>.
