iTime is an academy schedule app that allows you to manage multiple children's schedules, make-up classes, and tuition payment dates all in one place. You can even manage tuition fees separately for each child.

• Classes are displayed in different colors on the weekly timetable by academy.

• You can select a child to view only their schedule.

• Tapping a date on the monthly calendar displays that day's schedule.

• Class times are entered exactly as they are, even if they vary by day of the week.

• Print the weekly timetable as a single-page A4 PDF or share it via messenger.

■ Check for Time Overlaps

• When adding an academy, if the schedule overlaps with another academy's time, you are notified immediately and the schedule is not saved.

■ Make-up Class Management

• Classes missed due to absence or cancellation are highlighted in a dim light on the timetable.

• Make-up class schedules are managed separately in the monthly calendar and the make-up class list.

• You can set cancellations and leave short notes even before the make-up date is set.

• You can also register for additional classes scheduled by the academy.

■ Tuition Payment Notifications

• Set the payment cycle (1, 3, or 6 months) and payment date for each child.

• Shows the total monthly tuition for each child or for the entire group (3 and 6 months are calculated as a single month's fee).

• Receive a notification at your desired time on the payment date.

• Click "Payment Complete" Press to proceed to the next billing date

• Record the amount paid and view it aggregated by child or total each month (1.3)

• For 31-day bills, the calculation is based on the last day of the month for shorter months

■ Finding & Calling Academies

• When registering an academy, search for the academy name and subject in the NEIS academy information.

• You can select and enter the academy phone number from your phone contacts (only one selected number is allowed without contact permissions).

• Make a call with a single button from the academy list.

■ School Timetable Also Available (1.2, #24)

• Select your child's school and class to retrieve the NEIS school timetable and display school hours (arrival to departure) on the weekly screen.

• Pressing a block displays the subject for each class period for that day; the school block is unavailable on public holidays or discretionary holidays.

• If there is no internet connection, the last received timetable is displayed.

■ Timetable Only for Our Family

• No registration or login required

• Only enter the child's name and grade (school and class are optional).

• The entered data is visible only to the device and My Family Space (Google Server, Seoul, and invited family members). It is saved in (when receiving academy/school search terms and school timetables, only the school code, grade, and class are sent to NEIS — the child's name is not sent)

• When changing phones, it is transferred to a backup file

It is a free app, and there is a banner ad at the bottom of the tab screen.
