Academy Genie gathers academy schedules and fees for each child in one place.

We notify you before the payment due date and record the amounts paid each month, showing you your annual private education expenses right away.

You can start using it immediately without signing up. Log in with Google only when you want to continue using it after changing phones or view the schedule with your family.

■ For those who:

- Have two or more children and find their schedules overlapping in their heads

- Can't immediately tell how much their private education expenses were this month when asked

- Have received calls from academies because they missed a payment deadline

■ What you can do:

- Tuition Schedule: Notifies you when payment dates approach, and shows you at a glance what you paid and what you didn't.

- Actual Payment Records: Records the actual amount paid each month, not just the billed amount, and allows you to add notes.

- Months Off: Marks academies you are not paying for this month and removes them from the payment list.

- Expense Analysis: Analyzes the annual total, monthly trends, and how much went where by subject, child, and academy.

- Schedule: A weekly schedule visible immediately upon opening the app. Drag to move and resize, color-code by child, export as images or PDFs

- Academy Information: Multiple contacts (Director, Teacher, Driver), one-tap to call, directions

- Backup File: Export as a single file to transfer data even if you change phones, and revert to it

- Share with Family: Share your child's timetable with family via code, and changes are automatically reflected (Google Login)

■ Promises

- Use immediately without signing up. Logging in is optional.

- If you do not log in, your child, academy, and tuition fees are stored only on this phone.

- If you log in with Google, your data (including tuition and payment records) is stored in your account; it follows you even if you change phones and automatically synchronizes across devices with the same account. Only you can view it.

- Tuition and payment records are not transferred by default even if "Share with Family" is enabled; they are only visible to people you have authorized.

- Automatic cloud backup (Google Drive) is turned off. The method for transferring data when not logged in is a backup file created by yourself.

- You can use it for free. A single line of advertisement appears at the very bottom of the timetable screen.
