2024-09-13	Ar*****	Is absolute trash app. For someone who doesn't use the bus daily it's really bad. The app doesn't update any temporary changes in lines. I've now waited multiple times for a bus that doesn't exist or drives another route which isn't visible anywhere. Also it's not all about the app, the one who makes changes to the buslines is also responsible. This app should help to figure out how to get to work or home but it actually makes it harder.

2024-06-07	Di*****	The app worked fine, but it won't let me erase my payment information. I've been trying to remove my card but it says that "An error occurred, please wait a moment and then try again". It's been days. I will change my review to 5 stars if the problem is solved.

2024-05-13	Ve*****	There was no mention of the ticket being in use straight away from purchase and no way of getting a refund. Also the payment method page was lagging. Edit. The main problem being the lack of instructions in the app

But it won't let me add PayPal as payment method, instead it wants me to use MobilePay which I can't, because I can't make an account there without a Finnish phone number. I just need to show people my bus option/ save it for myself to not look it up every time i open the app Do iphone havers not abuse tickets? And while I do understand that, it is still causing me inconvenience, isnt blocking specifically ticket screenshoting possible?

2023-05-24	La*****	The app works fine and covers my local bus traveling needs. The only problem I have is that ever since my display broke, it is near impossible to read the QR code in a bus. It would be easily solved by letting the user move the QR code around the screen or even save it to a file but currently both the code or the bigger version you get by tapping it open in the top part of the screen and cannot be moved, saved or copied.
