However, users frequently report severe performance issues such as slow loading times, app crashes, and forced logouts. Ticket management is problematic, especially for complex journeys, and offline ticket access is lacking, which is difficult in areas with poor connectivity. Payment glitches and unclear interface elements further frustrate users. While some appreciate the app's efforts and ongoing updates, many find it unreliable compared to alternatives and the previous app version.

Pros

Good for booking tickets, checking times, and journeys with regular updates and fixes.

Recent reviews

Constantly sits on the loading screen for ages before opening. Makes it very painful when my tickets are stored in it. Have blocked lines at stations because the app sucks. Also cannot take screenshots which is a disaster for trying to claim refund for delayed/cancelled journeys. This app is literally now costing me money through rejected refund claims. Going to uninstall and go back to Trainline.

Terrible app, worst I own, by a long way. All my other apps work fine but this one loads so slowly that even getting to the station ten minutes early isn't enough : the app fails to load/open and, but for the good grace of the conductors and my ability to talk my way out of a situation, means I would miss the train and/or cost me £30+. More for longer journeys. DO NOT USE this dreadful app. Use any other ticket buying service whatever your preference
