Recent reviews

Until a few weeks ago, this app was fine, but now it's become completely useless, as it crashes every time I try to open it. FYI, after crashing, my phone (Samsung Galaxy A36 5G) reports an error message saying the app has a bug and crashed. I've tried all usual things to resolve - uninstalling and reinstalling app, refreshing phone OS/UI etc. No luck. To the developers, please can you look into this, as I'd be grateful to have the app working for me again.

I have two main issues. 1. I have to log in to the app pretty much every time I use it. Not sure if this has been fixed though. My other issue is that seat reservations always give me bad seats. I think there used to be an option to request window seats but this doesn't seem to be possible any more. Even when it used to be an option I don't think it worked and I pretty much always got an aisle seat. The seats also seem to not be by full windows so you can't see out.
