The National Cyber ​​Information Security Incident Response Coordination mobile application, referred to as IRLAB, is a product built and operated by the Vietnam Cyber ​​Emergency Response Center (VNCERT/CC) under Department of Information Security, Ministry of Information and Communications.

IRLAB application will promote the national cyber information security incident response network to operate more effectively and professionally; At the same time, it also enhances cohesion, information sharing, and readiness to respond quickly and promptly when incidents occur.
