IRIS — Volunteer Alert and Coordination App for Croix Blanche 54

IRIS is the official app developed by AmbuKit for volunteer first responders of Croix Blanche 54. Designed to optimize responsiveness during emergency interventions, it allows administrators to instantly alert available teams and coordinate deployments in real time.

🚨 REAL-TIME ALERTS

Receive emergency notifications even in silent or Do Not Disturb mode. Critical alerts bypass all your phone's settings to ensure every request reaches you. Indicate your availability with a single tap directly from the notification.

📍 SMART GEOLOCATION

Your location is securely shared with administrators when you are on call. This allows them to dispatch the volunteers closest to the event, thus reducing response times. Location tracking is only active during on-call periods.

📋 ON-CALL MANAGEMENT

Activate or deactivate your on-call mode with a single tap. When you are operational, you appear on the administrator dashboard and are eligible to receive alerts. In case of temporary unavailability, vacation mode allows you to set a return date—the application will automatically reactivate you.

🛡️ ADMINISTRATION PANEL

Administrators have a comprehensive dashboard to:
• Create and distribute alerts (standard or critical)
• View on-call volunteers and their real-time location
• Track alert responses (available/unavailable)
• Manage users, branches, and authorized phone numbers
• View the detailed history of all interventions

🏖️ VACATION MODE

Go away with peace of mind. Vacation mode temporarily suspends your alerts while maintaining your registration. Choose your return date: the application will notify you and automatically reactivate you on the scheduled day.
