Người dùng khen Zalopay có nhiều tính năng và dễ dùng, đồng thời có nhiều ưu đãi và thuận tiện cho thanh toán online. Tuy nhiên vẫn có vấn đề đáng báo động về độ tin cậy: thông báo rườm rà, bảo mật bị cho là kém, hoàn tiền bị xử lý không thỏa đáng, giao dịch gặp lỗi hoặc chậm, và số dư bị mất khi thanh toán. Hỗ trợ khách hàng với AI thay cho nhân viên cũng khiến người dùng bực bội. Cần khắc phục sớm để cải thiện trải nghiệm.
