Terrible UX. Withdrawal is hidden through 3 steps with no hint. There is no explanation why my linked bank accounts is not eligible for withdrawal. CS constantly call to ask to update review. Maximum withdrawal limit is 10 mils/day. It's like SmartPay intentionally does not let customer to get their own money back.
