2023-04-30	Da*****	It's like AliExpress you just have to wait and see when your order is going to arrive. A lot off deals are not really deals just a simple Google search will find a cheaper price. Product description is lacking, sometimes even completely wrong.

Then I tried to look for update or any announcement about it, can't find any. If the develop team reads all the reviews here, the user experience is very bad right now, please run a questionnaire among the users then fix it.

I've found a couple of really good deals but many prices same as other websites 3. Returns and refunds are incredibly slow, basically 2 weeks from the moment you hand your package over 4. Returns via mondial relay are really inconvenient and you need a printer 5. Customer services take days to reply to messages

2022-01-22	T.*****	The new update is horrible. It freezes a lot more. Let's me put in items in the cart but gives me an error every time I go to my cart and want to check out in the last step. Well...one good thing...I can save some money now as long as this issue is not fixed.
