I bought a pair of boots from them and it came with an obvious factory defect, the left heel is facing "south while the boot is facing North". I tried to return it since I paid cash for it, I was asked to send account details and go to a CELERITAS POINT to drop it and it happens that there's no celeritas point near me. The closest is 1h plus drive. I think it's a premeditated act to send a deformed boots to me knowing very well I can't return it. I don't recommend them
