Multiple usability and accessibility problems that Juniper refuses to care about. This is compounded by equaly faulty user journeys when speaking to a pharmacist. Their surveys are so badly designed that you will be confused why they are asking that or asking for other information again and again. It is clear Juniper overall needs service design and user researchers, maybe they do not know what those professions do, or maybe they simply do not care. Recipes in the app are so usless, too.

Tried to sign up for the app and it expects you to already have an account to log into no matter what. I cannot join the app with a new account because there is simply no option to on the screen.
