VINIKS

ServiceVINIKS is the field-service application for the engineers of VINIKS, a refrigeration and commercial equipment service company. It is a work tool for our own staff: accounts are issued by the office, and there is no public sign-up.

WHAT AN ENGINEER DOES IN THE APP

• Sees the jobs assigned to them — the customer, the address, the contact person and the equipment on the visit.
• Moves a job along as the day goes: on the way, arrived, in progress, waiting for a part, paused, completed.
• Records what the work turned out to be — service repair, warranty case, commissioning or diagnostics — and, after a diagnosis, the type of case and whether the customer was briefed.
• Reads the plate: make, model, serial number and year of every unit on the visit.
• Takes photographs before and after the work and attaches them to the job.
• Writes the completion report: what was done and which parts were used.
• Says what a job is waiting for when a part is missing, with the promised delivery date, so the office knows before the customer asks.
• Follows the calendar of planned visits and picks up unassigned work from the pool.
• Sees their own figures: jobs handled, completed and still open, over a day, a week, a month or a year.
• Gets a notification the moment a job is assigned or changed.
• Reads the app in Russian, Uzbek or English.

FOR THE OFFICE

Everything the engineer records appears at once in the VINIKS dispatcher console: the job history, the photographs, the warranty cards and the reports. No paper travels back to the office.

PRIVACY

The app asks for two permissions only: internet, and notifications. It does not ask for your location, your contacts or your files. Photographs are taken with the phone's own camera and are attached only to the job you choose. There is no advertising and no analytics tracking.
