KAVINEX

KAVINEX is the workshop app for mechanics and service advisors using KAVINEX workshop management. It puts the day's jobs in your pocket so the work gets recorded where it happens: at the car.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See every job in the shop, search by rego, customer or job number, and open one in a tap.
• Clock on to a job from the bar at the top of every screen. Your time lands on the job's timesheet automatically.
• Capture evidence as you go: photos, video, voice notes with live transcription, and typed notes, all saved to the job's log.
• Check the customer, vehicle, odometer, priority, order number and assigned technician, and update them on the spot.
• Write a quote or start an invoice from the job, add labour and parts from the shop's own price list, and hand it back to the office.
• Scan a barcode to look a part up in inventory and add stock.
• Run walkaround check sheets and WOF inspections from the phone.

WHO IT IS FOR

This app is for staff of workshops that use KAVINEX. You sign in with the account your workshop gave you. It is not a booking app for vehicle owners.
