2024-11-15	S_*****	If I could hove a negative 10 I would!!! No one EVER responds. Purchasing g the home system was a waste of $$ the app almost NEVER works. Keeps crashing. Won't connect or force shuts off on its own..how nice to have all these speakers in your home but can't play music through the system . I have even un-installed the app and reinstalled it and still nothing!!!! Not sure how this businesses is even around anymore!

2022-09-26	G *****	I was happy using this and enjoy being able to play Pandora on the smart system in my house but there was a problem. My smartphone started sending me pop-up messages that this program has a bug in it and I should uninstall it until the developer corrects the problem it didn't tell me what the bug is or what kind it just told me to uninstall it. These people need to fix their software and put out a new version.

2022-04-07	Je*****	If you are wondering if you want to install this system in your house do not. Go out and buy HEOS. 2 years and no updates and this is a buggy system. if you have the Android system you cannot configure your zones. If you try they will stop working. Spotify currently does not work. These are apparently low priority fixes but what are they fixing that is much higher priority? Because once again 2 years with no updates. I don't think someone's following the agile framework.

2021-06-07	Mi*****	My connection is choppy with this app also it crashes 50% on start up but is a easy and usually repetitive restart prossess. Email support really sucks, not one reply. If this app had the ability to connect to network by IP address it would be functional, Its stupid that it searches for network every time

2021-04-07	Ky*****	App doesn't recognize my system unless I reset everything. Then I'm lucky of it works for a few minutes after that. I can't chose more that one source and none of the streaming audio services work. I can't even select my Spotify or Pandora. The app used to work when I first had my system about 3 years ago, but now it's worthless.

2021-03-05	ST*****	App custom settings are not working. Tried to adjust wall module brightness and app sets to zero. Tried to adjust max volume and app sets to zero. Tried to adjust initial volume and app sets to zero. The app will not save the custom settings when adjusted, and now module has no volume, no lights, and is unusable. This is on multiple wall modules au7010 and current app version. HELP!!!!

2020-07-31	Er*****	This app sucks!!! It's steadily freezing and isn't affiliated with other useful musical applications. Such as, youtube music, SoundCloud, or Amazon music. Please fix this app so I can provide more stars at a later time.

2020-06-05	Do*****	It was working fine on my phone when I tried downloading the app on another device and it couldn't connect to distribution module. Also kept saying 'This version in not compatible with this system' telling me to upgrade and when I hit upgdate, it tells me I already have the latest update. Then I updated the app on 'my' phone and it stopped connecting with the exact same issue as above. **Update... I contacted tech support and they helped me fix the isuue.

2020-04-19	A *****	The app would not find my system initially using a pixel 3. I loaded in my old Galaxy S8, and it found the device and performed an update. Since then everything works perfectly. There are a lot of negative reviews on this app, but when it's setup properly, it is really awesome!

2020-03-28	A *****	I am consistently having issues with this system. I keep getting an error message that says, “No Distribution Module Found”. I have had this system for only 4 years and I hardly ever play it. It should not malfunction every 3 to 6 months. This system cost wayyyyyyyy too much for all these technical problems. I have better luck just by using my bluetooth speaker. Shame on the homebuilder for recommending this company. What a waste. I would like to get my money back.
