Allows the user to transmit to the Reference Institute the answers to the questionnaires identified by the Specialist, possibly supplemented by the other questionnaires that can be filled out via the web portal

At the same time, if you have the appropriate bluetooth bracelet, it is also possible to send scans of the biological data collected, which can be cross-referenced with the data collected from the questionnaires (via App only)

The data collected is then processed by the Institute through dedicated access to the reference web portal, which is provided directly by the Institute in the event that it uses the on-premise portal on virtualized appliances, or alternatively via the cloud, in anonymised format by using an ID which is issued to the App and which can be consulted by the user for communication to the Institute. This ID is not communicated to the developer, but only to the Institute, which reserves it as an ID matched to him. Therefore, only the ID-Institute combination remains with the developer, but no information relating to the user's identity other than the usual information such as IP address and date and time of connection typical of any internet connection, but not sufficient for a combination with the identity.

If the Clinic has an on-premise appliance, the data is stored directly on the Institute's servers; otherwise, the data is stored in a cloud based data center with location:
- CH, if the access is from a Swiss IP address
- UE, if the access takes place from another IP address
