The iCanHelp precision prevention and wellbeing study.

The study involves 4 parts.

1) Assess your risk through your DNA and your lifestyle.
2) Activity tracker.
3) Questionnaire surveys through our study app.
4) Prevention plan.

To enable data collection automatically (for point 2 and 4), we have developed our app. Our app has 2 main functions.

1) The synchronisation of the FitBit and the app will allow us to assess your baseline data so that we can work together on the plan to improve your activity, and your sleeping pattern. The FitBit can collect the data on the daily basis. We will ask you to wear the Fitbit for the period of 6 months.

2) Our app also has various questionnaires that we would like you to complete. We would like to assess your wellbeing, your health habits by using a secure Application. This App will ask questions. Your responses will be collected.
