Ultimate Reddit Filter Firefox

Ultimate Reddit Filter

Filters Reddit posts and comments by title, flair and subreddit keywords, in specific subreddits or across all. ✅ Supports all Reddit versions — New, Old, and Compact. ✅ Tested on Windows, IOS, Android

Features & Capabilities

Take control of your Reddit browsing with Ultimate Reddit Filter, a lightweight extension that filters posts and comments by keywords found in titles, flairs, and subreddits. Apply filters across all subreddits or only the ones you choose, and customize display options like hiding posts, renaming title or body text, and hiding media. It also filters comments and can collapse replies, rename usernames, or remove usernames and avatars. Manage keyword ranges (All, All except for, Only to) and organize keywords with import, search, and presets through a smart, tab-based UI.

Fully compatible with all Reddit versions—Old, New, and Compact—and works on Windows/Desktop (Chrome & Firefox), iOS/iPad (Orion Browser), and Android (Yandex & Kiwi Browsers). Your privacy is protected: all settings and filters are stored locally, no data is collected or shared. Use the changelog for release notes and stay tuned for improvements.

User Reviews

Developers have started insistently asking for permission to send notifications with no way to decline. The only way to get rid of this for the current session is to close the tab, only to be annoyed by the same nonsense again the next time you open the browser. The extension itself works just fine, but definitely not like THIS, dear developers.

Works well enough, but started asking for permission to send notifications every time I start Firefox. It's not fundamentally required for the add-on to function, so there's no reason for the Ultimate Reddit Redirect to repeatedly request the ability to send notifications.

Is Ultimate Reddit Filter Safe?

Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

Ultimate Reddit Filter requires a few sensitive permissions. Exercise caution before installing.
