Access Assure

Access Assure is a machine learning telecare platform, allowing individuals under care to live more independently. The Access Assure app aims to give piece of mind to family members and care professionals, who may be taking care of a vulnerable individual.

With the Assure app you can keep up-to-date with the day-to-day activity of your loved one. Their activity data is provided by a connected gateway such as the Access Home Hub and any paired sensor / alarm devices, supplied as part of an Access Assure subscription.

RULES
Customise your notifications using 'Rules' that specify what, when and how to be notified. Letting you know Mum is going about her normal routine. Multiple 'rules' can be created for each sensor device and can either indicate a reassuring or worrying behaviour. These unobtrusive notifications help you to react immediately to worrying behaviour, such as the front door being opened at night.

TIMELINE
Use the 'Timeline' to monitor the things you care about, such as when Mum's carer has checked-in using the Home Hub RFID scanner function. Any created 'Rules' will also show up here.

ACTIVITY & DAILY MONITORING
See a detailed breakdown of sensor activity throughout the day. Over time Access Assure will learn what’s normal and lets you know when anything out of the ordinary happens. This understanding can alert carers of subtle declines and worrying activity that may not usally be picked up on. Giving you better insight into an individual and helping you to catch worrying signs of decline earlier.

ACCESS HOME HUB
The Access Home Hub is a telecare hub that connects the user to the Access Assure cloud. Use the app to simply connect to the Access Home Hub and easily pair with the care recipient. The Home Hub collects and sends activity data from paired sensor and alarm devices to the Assure app over WIFI and network - ensuring there is never a drop in connection when something more critical might happen.

SENSORS
Use the app to connect to third party sensors listed in the app. Sensors such as the Motion, door / window, smart plug and pressure pad sensors all work together with the Access Assure platform, helping it to learn the activity of the care recipient.
