The Alerta Family mobile app helps family caregivers, professional caregivers, and remote family members stay informed and coordinated with real-time notifications, caregiving tips, and note-taking tools.

The app displays notifications about elder movements, presents daily patterns and historic logs, and shows trends to support informed care planning. Caregivers can note observations, observe routines, and review data over time.

Alerta Home is privacy-first by design— there are no cameras, microphones, or recording devices.

Account approval required: This app is intended for approved users only. While the app can be downloaded by anyone, an authorized account is required to access its features. Access requests are reviewed before activation. Users without access may request approval directly within the app.
