Features & Capabilities

CDM Wizard is a user-friendly Chrome extension designed to help construction professionals create Construction Phase Plans that comply with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) across Great Britain. The app simplifies health and safety planning by guiding users through a series of straightforward tick-box questions about their construction job and its specific activities.

In less than 5 minutes, CDM Wizard generates a detailed Construction Phase Plan outlining all job details, potential health and safety risks, and preventative measures. This plan can be viewed instantly on your device or emailed to relevant parties, streamlining compliance for small-scale projects such as kitchen installations, extensions, roofing, and refurbishments. It ensures that the principal contractor’s duty of care under CDM 2015 is effectively documented and managed.

User Reviews

Started as a half decent little app and now it needs a new password everything I open it. Doesn't remember thing I put in loads of times and has some basic text errors.
