Hot Pad

Hot Pad is the staff point-of-sale and order-management app for Hot Order restaurants and takeaways.

Staff use it to view incoming online orders, manage order status, and take in-store payments from one dedicated tablet or phone. A built-in POS handles walk-in orders, holds active orders, and syncs the shop menu for offline use.

Hot Pad is for authorised Hot Order staff only. A valid staff login and an assigned shop are required, and each device stays signed in to a single shop account.
