I was advised by the person who dropped the car off not to keep the physical key on me as it is expensive to replace if I lose it. Thanks to that I've been left locked out of my car more than once now because the app is too buggy and will sometimes not work.

Terrible. Doesn't lock unlock the car - doesn't track the milage. Customer service doesn't care. Advised them it wasn't working two weeks into my first month and still hasn't been resolved end of month three when I returned the car because of the unacceptable service from the company

App is rubbish. Won't lock and unlock the vehicle and the troubleshooting suggested by onto is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Don't waste your time leasing from this company. A horse or a donkey would be a more reliable mode of transport.
