CarerLedger is built for UK care workers who want one clear place to record visits, work travel, required waiting and mileage, then compare their own record with a payslip for the same pay period.

Review pay carefully

Enter payslip figures yourself, or import a payslip image or PDF. Text recognition happens on your device. If you choose the optional AI organiser, you review and can edit the recognised text before it is sent. The original image or PDF is not sent to the AI service.

CarerLedger uses deterministic on-device rules for its time-work estimate. It shows assumptions, marks missing or uncertain information for review, and keeps reimbursements such as mileage separate from the wage comparison.

Export your own evidence

Create a worker-prepared PDF or CSV containing the records you choose. Check every export before sharing it with an employer, adviser or representative.

• Encrypted local ledger and attachments
• No location permission
• No ads or cross-app tracking
• Android cloud backup and device transfer disabled
• Delete the local ledger and encryption key in Settings

Help improve the beta

Report a bug or suggest an improvement from Settings. CarerLedger opens your email app and attaches no records or files. Never include a payslip, client or care-recipient details, NI/payroll numbers, bank details, medical information, care notes or other confidential information in feedback.

CarerLedger is for adult workers and is not a care-record system. Never enter a care recipient's name, address, health information or care notes.

CarerLedger provides an indicative, worker-prepared estimate. It is not legal advice, payroll software, an employer record, an HMRC decision or a guarantee that pay is correct. Some salaried, live-in, sleep-in and other complex arrangements are outside the beta's scope or require independent review. Always check original records and seek appropriate advice before relying on a result.
