ProofLet: EICR Gas Safe & EPC

Track EICR, Gas Safety and EPC. Ready as proof.

ProofLet is the UK landlord app for turning EICR, Gas Safety, EPC, Legionella and alarm-check paperwork into evidence on your phone. Point the camera at the document: dates and the certificate number fill in on the device. The image is not sent away to be processed. Mark when you served it to the tenant. When an agent, council, solicitor or tenant asks, share a branded proof pack built from the photos you captured.

No account to start. Not a rent, tax or repairs app.

FREE — one property
