Easy setup! Login with your Twitch account and manage the allowed users on your browser.
Granular control! Add individual users, or allow all your moderators to view this information.

For the extension to work, both streamer and mods must have the extension enabled and the Twitch Mod View page open.

For the mods, it will replace the "Active Mods" panel, and for the streamer, the forwarding is automatic as long as the page is open.
