2023-08-22	Ke*****	The app configuration is great, you can search videos by length, body part, type of movement - it's awesome! My one problem is the app itself continuously wakes up using up my battery. If I be sure to close out the app when I'm done, it's doesn't do this. A small annoyance and I have no idea what the app is even doing with these "wake ups" (my phone let's me know when apps are using a lot of battery).

I have been using Mobility Movement for months and although I have enjoyed it through the website, having an app and the ability to download and then watch offline is a game changer!! Absolutely love this company and all of the videos. Definitely has helped my lifts and overall has made me a much better athlete. Thank you!!!

2020-01-10	A *****	So useful! I love how it's all separated by the type of movement you need (shoulders, hips, squats, or deadlifts, etc.) This is a really great program for anybody interested in fitness.

The MVMNT Prep section is perfect to help me get ready to go, and after a work out, the MVMNT Recovery section is great to cool off with and maintain and improve my mobility. I like that it uses many different types of mobility work, and sees the body as a whole system not just individual parts.
