User Reviews
Pros
- Effectively helps find and organize large numbers of tabs (many users call it a lifesaver).
- Reliable in typical use—several users report it 'does what it says' and 'works great'.
- Integrates with Tree Style Tabs (TST) and takes advantage of TST's API.
- Configurable settings available to tweak behaviors (users note settings control hiding/matching and other options).
Cons
- Search can be unreliable for some users—tabs sometimes aren’t found or highlighted.
- Extension may be unresponsive or produce error messages (reports of 'nothing happens' or errors).
- Search results UI can collapse/shrink results or leave unmatched tabs visible, making results hard to read.

To the people complaining about shrinked search results or that unmatched tabs not hide... you should take a look at the setting where you can change exactly those behavior. Even a look at the Screenshots would have lead you to that conclusion.
You decided to give a bad review instead...

A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.
