⚠ This addon extends and works only with Tree Style Tab.

This extension adds a context menu item on tabs that can be used to set their background color. This color will be visible in Tree Style Tab's sidebar.

Alternative addons:

[TST] Colorize Tabs works in a similar way to this addon.
TST Colored Tabs sets tab colors based on the domain of their loaded page.
Sidebery is an alternative to Tree Style Tab that provides manually colored tabs by itself without 3rd party helper addons. This addon took inspiration from it and offers the same colors as version 5.2.0 of Sidebery which was released at 7th March 2024.

Permissions: "sessions": needed to save colors as tab specific data so that it remains when tabs are restored after a browser restart.
