why do I need to share my details with a 3rd party app to access my room? yes the app works but I should not have to share details to use it and then they are kinda pretending you are rating the hotel (when they actually ask you to rate the are the app) inflating their rating... just read the reviews most of the 5star reviews are talking about the hotel not the app

I can't check-in my four reservations. It gets stuck at the last step, which asks me to download the app, even though I've already downloaded it. I wanted to give zero stars, but we're forced to give one.
