this system did not work on my phone I could not get into my room I've had to go to my room downstairs do you get a hard copy key this is the second time I've stayed at this place and my open key does not work it had worked once before but so I am shocked I love it when it worked

Worked once during my first trip, on my second it would not let me download the key, and the hotel staff couldn't figure it out. I Uninstalled and cleared cache to no avail. entire reason for app, not used, now.
