Ordering.Tools

This is the staff app for restaurants running on Ordering.Tools. Your guests order from your own page; this is where your team runs what arrives.

ONE PLACE FOR EVERY ORDER
QR table orders, pickup, delivery, phone and marketplace orders all land on the same board. Confirm, fire to the kitchen, mark ready, hand off to a rider — the guest sees each step on their tracking page.

PRINTS TO THE KITCHEN
Thermal receipt printing built in. Android supports Urovo and Datecs terminals directly; iPhone and iPad print over AirPrint. Auto-print puts a ticket in the kitchen the moment an order is confirmed, and a keep-alive service means a backgrounded print station does not quietly stop printing.

KITCHEN DISPLAY
A KDS screen per station, with timings, so the line sees what to cook and how long it has been waiting.

YOUR OWN DELIVERY, OR A PLATFORM'S
Run your own riders with automatic assignment and live tracking, or dispatch through a courier platform. Delivery zones with their own prices and minimums.

THE MENU IN YOUR POCKET
Edit dishes, prices, photos and options from the phone. Mark something sold out in one tap and it disappears from every channel at once.

BUILT FOR MULTILINGUAL VENUES
The app and your menu work in English, Bulgarian, Greek and Turkish. Prices in your own currency.

WORKS WITH YOUR TILL
Two-way sync with supported POS systems keeps the menu, the orders and the bill in step.

ASK IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
The built-in assistant answers questions about your own live data — what sold best last week, which dish is dead, why a night was slow — and can make the change for you once you confirm it.

FOR DELIVERY RIDERS
Riders get their own screen: the run, the route, the customer's door. While a delivery is active the app reports position so orders go to the nearest rider and the guest can watch theirs arrive.
