COMMON QUESTIONS
Is this a period tracker? Yes — log your period, see when the next one is expected, and get a reminder before it arrives.
Does it track ovulation? It estimates your ovulation and fertile days from your own cycle history, and says how confident that estimate is.
What if my cycles are irregular? Irregular cycles are the reason Solomia exists. An average of 28 days is useless to you; your own history is not.
Can I log symptoms? Yes — cramps, mood, sleep, discharge, headaches and more, charted against your usual range.
Does it work with my watch? It reads sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and temperature from Health Connect, only after you allow it.
Does my partner see my diary? Never. A partner sees which phase you are in, and nothing else.
