Mark period days with flow, color and detail. Add how you feel: mood, energy, symptoms with intensity, and a private note in your own words. Weight, sleep and water ride along in the same quick check-in.

PREDICTIONS THAT ARE HONEST
Your next period, fertile window and cycle position are computed from what you actually logged. Solid means you told us, dashed means we predict. Every estimate says what it is based on, and it sharpens with every cycle you track.

THREE WAYS TO TRACK
Tracking your cycle, trying to conceive, or pregnant. Conceive mode adds basal temperature, cervical mucus and LH tests, and a confirmed ovulation corrects the prediction. Pregnancy mode pauses predictions and counts your weeks instead.

SEE YOUR PATTERNS
Once Evo has seen enough of your cycle, insight cards connect how you feel to where you are in it: when your energy peaks, when your mood tends to dip, how your phases shape your week. Build a report you can take to a doctor and export it as a PDF.

WORKS WITH HEALTH CONNECT
Sync your period days both ways, so what you logged in another app imports in and what you log here writes back. Sleep and steps come in automatically.

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
A widget shows your cycle day and countdown at a glance, and a long press on the icon logs a period without opening the app.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Lock the app with your fingerprint or face. Keep history only as long as you choose, and delete everything from inside the app, no email required. Your health data is never sold and never used for advertising. Reminders are discreet by default: nothing on your lock screen names periods or fertility unless you want it to.
