FixIT is a free application collaboratively developed by the Information Technology professionals of the Araquari City Hall, aiming to modernize and streamline communication between municipal employees and the IT department.

The tool allows municipal employees to register calls in a simple and practical way, describing their technology-related needs or issues. Furthermore, the system allows real-time monitoring of the progress of requests, ensuring greater transparency, efficiency, and organization in service delivery.

Free and accessible, FixIT aims to optimize call management, reduce response times, and strengthen the technological support offered to city departments, promoting greater productivity and quality in public services provided to the population.
