Jab Journal: GLP-1 Tracker

Jab Journal is a private log for GLP-1 treatment. Record your injections, doses, injection sites, side effects, weight and nutrition — and take a clean report to your next appointment.

It works completely offline. There is no account to create, no cloud sync, no ads, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Your health record stays on your device, and the only way anything leaves it is when you choose to share an export.

• Injections — date, time, medication, dose and site
• Injection site rotation, with a warning when you are about to reuse a site too soon
• Side effects, with severity and notes
• Weight, with trend over time
• Water, protein, fibre and optional calories against daily targets

• PDF report, formatted for an appointment
• CSV export for a spreadsheet
Both are free. Choose the period you want and share it however you like.

REMINDERS
Set a weekly injection reminder for the day and time that suits you. Reminders are scheduled on your device.

HEALTH CONNECT
Optionally sync weight and nutrition with Health Connect. Entirely optional — the app works fully without it, and you grant access through Android's own permission screen.

• Delete everything from within the app at any time
