Logbook: GLP-1 Dose Tracker

Logbook is a private logbook for GLP-1 treatment. Track your doses, weight, body measurements, food and progress photos - on your phone, and only on your phone.

MEDICATIONS

Presets for Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, Rybelsus and Wegovy oral, plus compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide - a pen or a tablet, whichever you are on. Anything else, add it by hand. The medication-level chart also recognizes liraglutide (Saxenda, Victoza) and dulaglutide (Trulicity), and it is free.

NO ACCOUNT. NO CLOUD. NO ANALYTICS.

Logbook has no backend at all. There is no server holding your health data, because there is no server. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to log in to. Everything works offline.

WHAT CAN REACH THE INTERNET

Two things, both off until you switch them on, and each with its own switch - because a barcode and something you typed are not the same disclosure:

- Barcode lookup sends a barcode number to Open Food Facts, and nothing else.
- Online food search sends what you type into the search box.

Neither sends anything you have logged. With both switched off, Logbook makes no network requests at all - the food database ships inside the app, so search still works on a plane.

YOURS TO KEEP

Export everything as CSV, JSON or a PDF for your clinician, whenever you want, free. Back the whole thing up to a file you hold, and restore it on a new phone. An app that keeps your health data on your own device should never be the reason you cannot read it.

Logbook is free, and the free version is a complete tracker - everything that records your data stays free, including the photos. One $2.99 USD purchase, once, never a subscription, unlocks the timelapse of your progress photos, side-by-side compare and alignment, the insight charts, the extended clinician report, unlimited saved meals and the other four color themes. Outside the United States the store charges the equivalent in your own currency.
