Taskeen Firefox

Taskeen

Lean, clean task-focused tabs that capture pages into a simple queue, let you import open tabs in one shot, and open the next task when you are ready.

Features & Capabilities

Taskeen keeps your attention on the work instead of the tab strip. Capture the current page with a click or shortcut, add a note from selected text, and import multiple open tabs into a tidy task queue. When you are set, open the next task with one button so progress stays steady. The task list is easy to filter, and you can mark items done or remove them as you go. An optional URL cleaner strips common tracking parameters from saved links to keep things neat.

The add-on is deliberately small and careful with access. It uses tabs to read titles and URLs, open new tabs when you launch a task, and list your open tabs for import. It uses activeTab only to inject a tiny selection helper after you press Grab, and storage to remember your tasks and preferences such as “add to top” and “close after capture.” There are no inline scripts, no unsafe innerHTML, no remote resources, and no analytics. All code ships with the add-on to comply with AMO policies. Keyboard shortcuts: Alt+Shift+T captures the active tab and Alt+Shift+N opens the next task.
