Being diagnosed with lung cancer is a very challenging moment in life. You receive a lot of complicated information from your healthcare personnel, which can be difficult to understand, remember and later discuss with your relatives or other family members. Reliable information and additional support can also be difficult to find.

VisiMee is a 3D-based visual communication tool designed to support you as a lung cancer patient in your dialogue with the health personnel at the clinic and your relatives at home. It provides personal information about the disease and treatment, which has been provided by your healthcare professional. Through VisiMee, you can access personal information about the disease and treatment, share the same information or selected information with your next of kin, family or friends via the app, access relevant support information about living with lung cancer.

VisiMee has been developed together with doctors and nurses who are experts in the diagnosis, treatment and care of lung cancer patients, as well as lung cancer patients and relatives who represent patient organizations for people with lung cancer from Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
