Usage:

click the toolbar icon or right click on any selected text or link or image and then click on the "TabURL to QRCode" content menu item

Notes:

Permissions:
- activeTab, to load the current tab url
- storage, to save the settings
- menus, to add the right click menu
This add-on tries to use the minimal number of required permissions to successfully fullfill its intended purpose.
