WHAT YOUR CLIENT CHOSE TO SHARE
Before a session, a client can attach a consent packet to that one booking. You see only what they selected — which may include their subscription details and lab or blood-panel results. It is view-only, held for the session, and not downloadable. The client can withdraw consent at any time and the packet disappears with it.

The app displays this material exactly as the client shared it. It performs no analysis, no scoring, no interpretation and no recommendations of any kind.

SESSION CHAT — TEXT AND VOICE, ON THE RECORD
Each booking opens a session-window chat. Text or voice memos, recorded in-app, delivered inside the reserved window. Outside the window the thread is read-only.

PRACTICE SETTINGS THAT STAY HONEST
Availability days, booking pause, calendar auto-add for new bookings, and your payout rail — visible in the app, managed on the web.

It is not an electronic health record, it does not issue prescriptions, it provides no diagnosis, treatment, dosing or clinical guidance, and it makes no medical claims. Access requires a verified provider account issued by Peppies.
