It does something quite clever: implements a desktop on top of Termux, which is far more lightweight than UserLAnd. While it does 'work', the base distros are aging (e.g. Ubuntu 22.04) and updates can fail, meaning newer applications can't install. Persistence was also a problem, as Termux did not seem to get modified. I also dislike logging into a session as root. You could pay for the Modified OS, but the free version did not instill enough confidence in me.
