I have found not only help me to stregthen my pelvic muscles but learning how to isolate those muscles have squeeze little and big and how my breathing through the squesse n relax helps. liked learning a lot more from this that I did from a nurse after my c sessions from having my children. telling me to use pillow between my legs and just squeeze.
