I am 54. Very healthy and very active. Not over weight. Had two children. No leakage issues till my late 40s. Issues were with heavy lifting, sneezing and laughing, of course. After one week of use, I could see a difference. There's a light at the end of the tunnel for painting liners lol

It’s fun, doable but progresses with you giving you challenges you want to perfect , you want to keep going. I would never spend this shot time doing these exercises on my own - but with this game it’s hard to stop . hooha is now gamer

Perifit is so much easier to get motivated for than kegels and my pelvic health has improved a lot! I’ve been using it for about 6 months. Less urgency and leakage. I’m not sure if it’s related but I was having frequent bladder infections, and I haven’t had one since I started using this, and the sex is better too.
