This app & device give me a plan and a feeling of hope that I do not have to keep dealing with the same issues I’m dealing with forever. It’s relaxing and enjoyable and I don’t feel uncomfortable doing it.

I’ve used this device several times and have liked the results so much I have referred someone that was having issues with controlling their bladder. I’ve had issues with my bladder, needing to go right away, pressure, leaking, and when I went to see a therapist she check my pelvic floor muscles and stated that I had tight muscles and loose muscles and that I needed to do different exercises that seemed like quite the process. I had even spent money on other items that didn’t really show results. This device seems to be working tremendously. I like the games and I like how the levels become harder when you score higher on exercises. Makes it challenging and trains you to really gain control. The bonus is also that I can see it really enhances my pleasure with intimacy and that can always use enhancing in my mid 40’s. Game changer.

I’ve only been using this a few days, but I already feel a difference. If we all band together and do this at the same time, I think we can crack the patriarchy
