User Reviews

Perfectly well carried out. Until this extension I didn't even know what a sitemap was. Quoting Wikipedia : "The structured format [of a sitemap] is particularly important for websites which include pages that are not accessible through links from other pages, but only through the site's search tools or by dynamic construction of URLs in JavaScript." So I tried this extension and discovered the amazing amount of information it can provide, quickly. If you like to dig into a site's pages, to discover or to search, to have +-hidden or not data be summarized, this is the extension to have. Suggestion : a dark mode :)

Is Sitemap Checker Safe?

Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

Sitemap Checker requires some sensitive permissions that could impact your browser and data security. Exercise caution before installing.
