Log every attempt as a make or a miss, the way lifters actually train. See your make-rate per lift, spot which percentages break down under fatigue, and keep an honest record instead of a rounded-up one.

PROGRAMS THAT ADAPT
Generate a full training block — accumulation, deload, intensification, taper, peak — around your reference 1RMs. The app autoregulates from your logged sessions, backing off or nudging loads with clear reasons, so the plan reflects how you're actually moving. Build a multi-block macrocycle, or write your own program from scratch.

BUILT FOR HOW LIFTERS PROGRAM
Primary lifts, complexes, secondary strength work, and accessories are all logged the way they're programmed. Track bests, e1RM, and Sinclair (with Masters adjustment), and review any past session set by set.

COACH & ATHLETE (optional)
Link with a coach — or your athletes — with an invite code. Coaches assign programs, watch a session as it happens, and leave notes; athletes get today's plan and log against it. Everything shared is opt-in, and you can unlink at any time.
