Billing disputes with no clear complaints/claims flow or refund process.

Top up via app doesn't work at times. already encountered it a number of times, keep getting refund and end up have to just use bank card. don't understand what maintenance the app does everytime when the single function/service that we needed to use the app for does not work. Make it stable.
