SimplyGo shows promise with easy setup, multi-card management, Apple Pay top-ups, and centralized transaction tracking with privacy. However, recurring issues across reviews significantly hamper use: forced ties to a Singapore phone number or Singpass, login and email-based access problems, and inconsistent Apple Pay availability or removal after updates. Card linking and usage can be unreliable, with several reports of not being able to add or pay with cards. Onboarding and OTP flows are slow or expired, and various bugs (claims, notifications, crashes, privacy prompts) persist. International users experience the most friction.

Horrible app! It’s so hard to even manage my kids’ cards with my wife. Once added to my device, cannot even add to my wife’s. Emailed to feedback also no use. Kindly listen to what users need before implementing your features. If it wasn’t mandatory to use the app, I wouldn’t even download it! I can’t believe it has a 4.5 stars!!??? They rated themselves???!??!
