SearchCleaner keeps your search results focused by appending preset text to your queries. Add terms like -temu -pinterest -reddit (or any you choose) so search engines filter out those domains.

Features Preset list — Define multiple presets and turn each on or off with one click. Many search engines — Works on Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, Brave Search, Ecosia, Startpage, Qwant, Yandex, Baidu, and dozens more. Custom presets — Add your own exclude text and combine several at once. Custom sites — Support any search site that uses a query parameter (e.g. ?q=). In-page indicator — On search pages, a small panel shows status and lets you toggle the extension and presets without opening the popup. Re-run search — One click to re-run the current search with your active presets applied. Sync — Settings and presets sync across your devices (Firefox sync).

Privacy No data collection. Presets and settings stay in your browser; nothing is sent to external servers.

How it works When you visit a supported search engine and run a query, SearchCleaner appends your active preset text to the query (e.g. shoes becomes shoes -temu -froogo), so results from those domains are reduced or removed. You can enable or disable the extension and each preset at any time.
